The latest stage of the Aria Bay retirement village provides additional independent living and care options, along with establishing a main entrance and focal point for the Village.

Due for completion in 2023, the care building at the western end of the site will provide 60 units over four storeys, and include a specialist dementia care facility with secure courtyard.

To the east, two linked five-storey blocks provide 52 serviced and independent living apartments, with views overlooking the coast.
