The latest stage of the Aria Bay retirement village provides additional independent living and care options, along with establishing a main entrance and focal point for the Village.
Completed at the end of 2023, the care building at the western end of the site provides 60 units over four storeys, and include a specialist dementia care facility with secure courtyard.
To the east, two linked five-storey blocks provide 52 serviced and independent living apartments, with views overlooking the coast.
Community café, dining, and entertainment facilities are located around three north-facing courtyards.
Prior to the current stage of works, JTB Architects completed two stages of site development at Aria Bay. The first of these comprises two independent living apartment buildings, linked at basement level with shared carparking.
