Masterplanning
We develop masterplans for public and private commercial and residential developments that support urban, commercial and rural growth. We engage with our clients, communities and local authorities to develop masterplans that are as much about the spaces between, as they are the buildings, surrounding environment and community health and wellbeing. We design with people in mind and consider cultural and heritage values, sustainable transport connections, buildings, landscapes, public and private spaces.
Our experience includes private and social housing developments up to 200 homes, retail zones and school sites, large scale aged care projects including individual dwellings and amenity buildings, significant marine developments and research facilities.
