Milti joined Jerram Tocker Barron Architects in early 2020, undertaking a technical leader role in the Auckland office and throughout the wider firm. Milti has a strong technical background and comprehensive understanding of a wide variety of projects.

Milti has 20 years’ post graduate experience, and combines design sensitivity, documentation accuracy and construction pragmatism. While with WS Atkins, Milti was part of the award-winning team who developed the $4.2b USD Dubai Metro project. With Walker Group Architects, Milti was part of the team that delivered the $10.8m Samoan Consulate building and Fale in Mangere.

Recently, Milti has led the detailed design phases for a number of aged care developments, including Tamahere Country Club Lake House, Lauriston Park Cambridge, and Bethlehem Shores at Tauranga. Milti was the Design Manager for the interior renovation and extension of the Nelson Building Society building in 2021, which adapted the existing space to provide additional capacity and align with modern workplace requirements.
