Simon Hall

BArch (Hons), Reg Arch, FNZIA

Simon has over 20 years’ experience gained both in the construction and architecture professions. His extensive design experience extends across commercial, industrial, education, research facilities, sporting facilities, aged care, residential, and multi-unit residential projects.

Simon has led a number of significant projects around the Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough regions, including the award-winning Te Noninga Kumu – Motueka Public Library and Plant & Food Research Seafood Research Centre.

Simon brings professionalism, energy and extensive local knowledge to each project he leads. His background in the construction industry lends pragmatic strength to his design talent.

Simon was admitted as a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Architects in 2023, and serves as a NZIA board member.
