Aaron brings over ten years’ experience across the Commercial, Education, Public, and Residential sectors, applying a structured and detail‑driven approach that ensures design quality from concept through to completion. Since joining JTB Architects in 2025, Aaron has played a key role in expanding the practice’s private residential portfolio, contributing to a range of bespoke homes across both the North and South Islands. He works closely with the Senior Leadership Team on design development and project coordination, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong architectural intent throughout each project.

Prior to JTB, Aaron worked in the UK as an Associate with Hollaway Studio, where he delivered complex, design‑led projects and strengthened his collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.
