The Cawthron site at Glenhaven comprises 24 hectares of low lying land adjacent to the Haven, which is envisaged to become a center of excellence for seafood and aquaculture research.
We undertook masterplanning of the site to maximise potential development opportunities, and to achieve efficiencies in infrastructure and services reticulation.
The site allows for long-term incremental development to contribute to an overall vision.
