Waterfront Units|  

These speculative units are for a high profile waterfront site.  The form is a modern interpretation of a  traditional iconic boat shed echoing surrounding waterfront buildings.  This is emphasised with vertical corrugated cladding, natural timber slats and decking.

Units are staggered in sets of three with two bedroom units either side of a single bedroom unit featuring a double height mezzanine space.  Separation and staggering reduces the visual mass and allows light to enter from the sides and corners.
