Nelson Suburban Bus Company   |   The building provides offices, for the company, together with retail space on the ground floor which is leased as a café.

The upper roof has variable overhangs to provide visual interest and distorted perspective.  

Upper floor offices are shielded from the lower western sun by external sunshields which serve to modulate the western façade. A deck outside overlooks the carpark to the north and is overhung by a roof with an expressive elliptical hole.
