Sansom House Alterations| 

This was an extension on a sloping site. The additional spaces include a new family room, an additional two bedrooms, terrace, new family bathroom, new shower room and laundry. Externally a new garage, swimming pool and driveway with extensive landscaping undertaken. The sloping site enabled an extension below the main living spaces, enabling the family room to link directly with the re-modeled garden and swimming pool. A new internal stair links the upper and lower floors and provides for improved circulation around the house. Externally the upper floor areas match the existing building materials, whilst the new areas below are defined with a cedar cladding. The new spaces make use of large double glazed sliding windows to increase visual connection with the garden and improve daylight and sunlight.
