Niger Castor   |   This multiple housing project for HNZC, comprises 6 units on a corner site in Canons Creek, Porirua. Intended to act as an exemplar development, the project comprises five 1.5bed units and a 4 bedroom house. Each unit is designed to be unit titled in due course, and as a result complies with bulk and massing planning rules. To meet the client objectives for programme, the scheme was designed and submitted for building tender within 9 weeks of kick-off. Within that timescale, the project undertook two rounds of public consultation workshops and was submitted for a resource consent application.
