The heart of this legal office in Richmond is a two storey atrium.

Upper floor offices look down into this space, used as the entrance and reception, which is light, spacious and airy.

Downstairs, offices are grouped around the perimeter of the building, to one side of the atrium.

On the other side, a staffroom and boardroom open to the north onto an enclosed courtyard, used for functions and at lunchtimes.

The composition of balanced horizontals and verticals is carefully considered, and reflects the adjacent residential neighbourhood by way of scale and form.
