Hobsonville  | We undertook Masterplanning, and initial Structure Planning for this new suburb that will eventually become home for more than 12,000 people.

The key location at the western end of Auckland ’s Waitemata Harbour allows for a community that is connected to the city both by line of sight and a future ferry service.

The masterplan consciously targets a sustainable community by including a percentage of affordable housing, minimum densities for residential development, specialist marine industry space, retail zones and school sites. Main vehicle access is balanced with greenways and a continuous reserve along the water edge.
