The building consists of three levels of apartments and one of carparking.  The length of the site ensure that the majority of living spaces and bedrooms obtain sea views.  

A series of sinuous curving deck rails link the wider and narrower parts of the building in plan form. These curves echo the curve of Wakefield Quay.

The main roof forms a fine line at the edge of the upper limits of the building. A gable roof at the southern end introduces a shaped and vertical element of design.

Overhanging roofs and terraces form deep shadows and provide shelter on terraces used for outdoor living.
