These three townhouse apartments are located on a narrow inner city site.

The apartments divide the site, with driveways to the east and gardens to the west. Living areas are downstairs and open onto the garden, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs.

The main long roof form is broken with the use of cross gables which also provide visual interest to the side elevations. 

Our services for this project extended to providing advice and evidence through the Resource Consent process, enabling this project to pass assessment as a Comprehensive Housing Development.
