Engineers Office   |   This proposed office project for an engineering company provides 750m² of new office space within their industrial complex in a semi-rural area. The building is naturally ventilated and predominantly oriented west due to site conditions. It responds to the need for shading from the western sun with external stainless steel mesh blinds. Externally, Cor-ten steel and pre-cast concrete is used to provide low-maintenance and robust cladding. Double glazed aluminium curtain walling is used to maximise daylight and views across the surrounding countryside.
