Villa Alterations Collingwood Street| 

This is an extension and refurbishment to an existing villa.  Extensions included a new kitchen, bathroom and deck. The additions were designed to extend and enhance the exiting villa while respecting its original character and beauty.

New skylights allow additional daylight into the the kitchen and bathroom while bifold windows connect the spaces to the garden and deck.  The new deck provides for a sheltered and private outdoor living and BBQ area with oversight of the garden beyond.

A natural palette of colours and materials were chosen to reflect the age and style of building and form a light and relaxed interior atmosphere.
